We would like to ensure that all attendees in the wedding are protected from covid. Therefore it is important to us that all guests are either vaccinated at least three weeks before the wedding, i.e. before the 17th of July (one or two times) or have taken a negative covid test recently before attending the wedding.

Those who are not vaccinated:
Please make sure to book a covid test on Monday 2nd August, to ensure you have your answer ready by Friday 6h. This should enable you to take the free tests offered by the government.

Get a screenshot of your test result, and send it to LogK@sceneproduksjoner.no as soon as possible, and before Friday 6th.
In order to attend the wedding you are required to have one of the above, i.e. either one or two vaccines, or a recent negative test result.
There will be a gentleman at the door with a complete list of all guests and their covid status.
Please also note that we will need to record a list of all attendants with name and telephone number. We currently mostly have the telephone number for only one person in each couple, and will therefore need to record both telephone numbers upon entrance. There will be a list by the church entrance where you can help us record this information.
We are really looking forward to seeing you all, and hope that you appreciate the efforts we will all be making to ensure that our wedding is a safe event that does not contribute to spreading the covid virus.
We will also have hand sanitizer and face masks available.

Transport
Familie og nære venner er invitert i middag i Hundsundveien rett etter vielsen. For dere blir det felles transport fra Ullern Kirke til Hundsundveien 19
Vi er glade i veldig mange mennesker og har derfor også invitert en stor gjeng direkte til konsert og fest klokken 20.30
Generelt anbefaler å ikke bruke bil til Hundsundveien, da det ikke er mye parkering der

Transport:
- Family and close friends are invited to a reception dinner at Hundsundveien directly after the church ceremony. There will be a buss taking you to Hundsundveien from the church
- There are so many people who we care a lot about, and therefore we have invited a great crowd to join us for the concert and party at 20.30
- We recommend to not use a car to Hundsundveien, as the amount of parking spaces is very limited.
Dress code
Wedding ceremony in church and reception dinner: Smoking / dark suit / Nigerian traditional attire
Concert and after party: Dress to Impress (as per L&K party traditions - too much is never enough!)
